As known, the company Cestar and Nava cooperate in the implementation of the ERP system, to facilitate the monitoring of daily work activities. We hereby inform you, that we have started the process of implementation of a unique information system Odoo, within the company Cestar. Our system will be fully adapted to their construction processes. For example, we have created the module ‘Građenje’ with several functionalities, such as:
- automatic creation of construction books,
- recording of material consumption and working hours for each construction site,
- planning of construction works, and
- quality reporting on all processes (such as procurement costs and employee engagement).
An additional feature, successfully implemented by Nava, is the Excel add-in for cost processing. Thanks to us, this add-in enables fast and easy processing of cost estimates, and the result is significant savings in both time and money.
