29 Oct Nava certifies for ISO 20000 and reaches its goal!

Nava has undergone an adaption process for ISO 20000 Information technology – Service management. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, maintain, and improve a service management system to fulfill agreed service requirements.
ISO 20000 PROJECT ‘POVEĆANJE KONKURENTNOSTI CERTIFICIRANJEM (eng. COMPETITIVENESS INCREASE THROUGH CERTIFICATION)’
Informacijska rješenja Nava d.o.o. has shown its capability to reach compliances of standards required for being a preferred partner. Along that line, we’ve gone through the process of certification for our third standard ISO 20000 Information technology – Service management. It brings us to certain completion and achievement of our goal to be ”fully covered”. This means that NAVA d.o.o. currently operates under ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 20000.
The above noted proves that the quality of our management systems has been set the right way and that we offer an advanced level of information security. Last but not least, this has proven that we provide first-class service to our customers and fulfill agreed service requirements.
Nava d.o.o. has successfully exploited the possibility to be funded in its quest to reach these standards via project ”Povećanje konkurentnosti certificiranjem” reference code KK.03.2.1.14.0283.
