For the Croatian Tax Administration, we have created an application for posting job vacancies and candidate application management.
The application consists of two parts. The first part is a vacancy viewer which offers the possibility of posting a vacancy notice in the Official Gazette, and the second part allows for quick verification of received job applications, as well as notifying the candidates of the result of their application. The new way of working for the Tax Administration significantly speeds up the process of finding, selecting and hiring candidates suitable for particular jobs
